The Project

Reconstruction and upgrade of the Hunter Road and Dandaragan Road intersection, including advance direction signage to Brand Highway
Scope covered full pavement reconstruction, new drainage infrastructure, a complete traffic facilities package and site rehabilitation
Works spanned approximately 5,080 m² of disturbed area

Vegetation clearing and topsoil removal
Removal of redundant pavement and seal
Embankment foundation compaction in widenings and subgrade preparation
Offsite disposal of excess cut material
Topsoil respreading to rehabilitate disturbed areas

New regulatory, warning and street name signage, including advance direction signage for Hunter Road, Dandaragan Road and Brand Highway
Removal, relocation and replacement of existing signage and guide posts
Pavement marking, including barrier lines, edge lines, audio tactile edge line, give way and continuity lines, and raised pavement markers
